for existing systems only.

SERVICE & LABOR RATES
• Residential Service Call – $125
Includes trip and initial system diagnosis
• Standard Residential Labor – $135 per hour
• After-Hours / Emergency Service
Service Call – $195
Labor – $175 per hour
• Minimum Same-Day Invoice – $250
COMMON HVAC REPAIRS
Repairs are quoted after diagnosis and approval.
Typical residential repairs may include:
• Capacitors
• Contactors
• Relays
• Motors
• Electrical components
• Refrigerant diagnostics and recharge (where applicable)
Final pricing is provided before repairs are made.
SYSTEM REPLACEMENT (SWAP-OUT ONLY)
Pricing listed reflects LABOR AND STANDARD INSTALLATION ONLY.
Equipment is quoted separately.
Existing system replacement only. No duct modifications.
• Package Unit Swap-Out – Starting at $6,500 (labor + standard install)
• Split System Swap-Out – Starting at $5,800 (labor + standard install)
Standard installation includes:
• Removal and disposal of existing equipment
• Setting and securing new equipment
• Electrical and refrigerant reconnection
• Condensate drain connection (existing)
• System evacuation and refrigerant charging
• Start-up and operational testing
Equipment, permits, crane service (if required), electrical upgrades,
code corrections, and non-standard conditions are quoted separately.
Final installed pricing is provided in writing after site evaluation.
